In these two comparisions Salarino tries to compare Shylock with his daughter Jessica

⭐️In first comparision he said that he is like jet and his daughter is like an ivory
(Here jet means black and ivory means white)
so, with this example he tries to explain tht Jessica is totally different from Shylock jst as, black is different from white

⭐️In next comparision he said tht Shylock is like a red wine and Jessica is like a rhenish.
Red wine is common whereas rhenish is very special wine which is very expensive
So, he compares the worth of both of them
