Portia says that neapolitan Prince does nothing but only talks about his horse and how he can easily shoe him which is actually a task of a servant but he takes great pride in talking about this and she also insults his mother by saying that she might also had an affair with a blacksmith. He talks more about his horse than prince of naples does.
