even if a country is rich in resources then too the administration matters a lot

  • the resources have to be channelized with apt knowledge and acumen
  • presence of a dynamic leader with vision is vital to give impulse to state affairs
  • the development is a holistic approach it is not a myopic mission
  • hence the statement

“Mere presence of resources doesn’t guarantee development of a country
