a lie is still a lie whether it's a whopper or a white lie of convenience or a white lie of silence. Fraud means to deceive.

If every business owner told
the entire truth about their product they probably would put doubts in the mind of the buyer and never sell anything.

It's also like putting a contract
in front of someone and saying this is a contract what you and I agree to so
sign it.

That would frighten them off.

If you are a salesman then it's
considered ok if not all the facts are told to your customer as in business

it's considered buyer beware which means the customer should check out the product well before they buy it.

They are, of course, allowed to return it if they aren't satisfied and you must give them their money back.
