Meristematic cells have a prominent nucleus and dense cytoplasm but they lack vacuole why??????

meristematic cells undergo repeated division. Vacuole has cell sap and provides turgidity to the cell hence it provides hindrance to cell division. that's why meristematic cells don't have vacuole.
