The merit and demerits of privatization :-

Merits:-

1) The work efficiency was very good in private institutes.

2)There is proper time management in private instutues.

3) Privatization gives better results on almost every aspect than publication.

Demerits:-

1) One of the most comman demerit of privatization is that this increase the gap between rich and poor.

2) There is no social welfare in privatization.

3)In countries like india privatization is not a good option, because thiet are large no.of population who want subsidies from government.
