Inclusive education is a term used for a classroom that houses students in special education programs alongside their peers in a regular education program.
Advantages
Non discrimination, when students with special need education are placed in a separate classroom from their peers, It's puts a mark on them as"' different'' but inclusion practice sort children in to classroom without the bias of special need or non special need entering in to the process.
Real world experience, In inclusion students with special need will have to learn with students who are normal, and for this reason if they come out of school one day after completion of education they will have to meet different people in the world and know how to deal with them
Disadvantages
Teacher training, A teacher in the regular classroom program may not be fully trained as a special education teacher and this when it comes in providing the physiological, behavioral, and educational need to students with special needs it becomes a problem.
Meeting individual needs, Sometimes students with special need education requires extra accommodation and time to get through the school day. The regular education classroom often isn't equipped for handling the diverse needs of students with special education program. Putting an extra burden on the school to outfit all the regular classroom with all the equipment's they need to serve these students is very difficult.
