Explanation:

It increases the LDL(bad)fat in our body and also decreases the HDL(good) fat. Since the packed junk foods like kurkure contain a high amount of these trans fats, salts, and sugars, it causes obesity and even diabetes if eaten in excess. The snack is not harmful when taken occasionally or seasonally.
