The merits of the Lamarck theory are quite obvious. We always adopt according our need. The organ which we use more becomes more user friendly. The organ that we do not use that organ will not develop or that organ will not exist anymore.
There is no experimental proof of the lamarckism.
New organs are not formed in organisms by their wish or requirement.
3.It is not necessary that an the acquired characters transmit into new generation.
