democracy is better than any other form of government in responding to the needs of the people. non democratic government may or can respond to the people needs ,but it all depends on the wish of the people who ruled if the ruler don't want to they don't have to according to the wish of the people. democracy requires that the ruler have to attend to the need of the people a democratic government is better government because it is more accountable form of government.
