• A Gurukul education system is a way of education in which gurus taught their pupils in an open field.
• There is more emphasis on overall development of the child such as mentally, physically , socially and emotionally.
• The students get more practical knowledge and learnt at very aged to take responsibility and how to tackle obstacles/hurdles in life.
• The classes are generally taken in an open field either under a tree( shade region) or in the forest where there is peace environment.
• There was completely attachment with nature as well as study.
• There was no exam like which may pressurized students. The test was only of behaviour and more practically.
• Students have to adjust and follow the path of teacher only.
• All the students treated as equally there was no ranking system all students get equal knowledge.
• The 'Guru' takes fees which we called 'gurudakshina ' after the completion of education.
