Dear Raman:

I am not coming to office today as I am ill. Kindly, hand over the project file to the manager latest by 10:30 a.m. The file is lying on the right side of my office table. Kindly, don’t forget to give it to the manager latest by 10:30 a.m. as he has to show it to the director.
