》》 as we all know that metals are the good conductor of electricity.

so here's a activity shown below to prove that metals conduct electricity than non-metals

》》 take a bucket with filled water

》》 place a metal rod in it

》》then connect the positive terminal of the battery to 1 side of the rod and negative terminal of the battery to the 2nd side of the rod.

》》 then pass the current

$\hence$ the current passed

whereas,

use the wooden rod to test the same activity

$\hence$ the current doesn't pass

》》reason :

the current doesn't pass through the wooden rod because it is a bad conductor of electricity..
