Metal like calcium when dropped in water it starts floating on the surface why support answer with help of chemical reaction

Calcium reacts with water slowly.

Ca +2 H2O ----->Ca(OH)2 + H2

The hydrogen bubbles stuck on the surface of metal. This makes the calcium to float on water.
