Metals are good conductors of heat and have high melting points. Explain this matter with anexample.

The metal particles are very closely packed with each other (which means less amount of distance between two particles) and that's why the heat energy easily travels from one particle to another particle in very less time. ... That's why the melting points of the metals are very high.
