Metals conduct electricity because of the free moving of electrons, the electrons alone cannot make the metals act as the conductor's metals when reacts with non metals the formation of ionic bond is experienced the bond thus formed is made of strong electrostatic force as because of the unlike charge present in it , the bond when dissolved solution gives out anions and cations which helps in the possession of electricity.
