in order to deal with addiction u need to identify what kind of addiction u r suffering from

u need to make up ur mind and say no to this addiction

third ur mind will always give u two choices but its u who will have to decide that what is gud for u and what is harmful for ur health.

make the efforts on daily basis and try not to attempt such things again
