There are as many methods to reduce stress as you want. The fact is ...
you have to follow any but you have to.
The biggest mistake most people do is they start Panic or they simply give enough publicity to the issue.
You have to avoid this. There is no use of telling to those who can’t do anything about the matter except simply saying They’re in sympathy and thats it.
You should avoid thinking much and engage yourself in some Other interesting and Contentment related matter.
Doing so will keep your brain thinking about the matter and will not let you concentrate over your problems which you tried to avoid.
for eg. Start reading some book about a controversial topic.
The other way is meditation . Be it 10 mins a day but let it be and it keeps you calm throughout your schedule so be wary that you meditate.
There is a lot available over the net for this purpose.
