Despite holding regular elections Mexico cannot be called a democratic country because:

  • 1.Though elections are held regularly but they are not free and fair.
  • 2. The PRI party uses dirty tricks to win elections.
  • 3.Media ignored activities of opposition parties instead to critics them
  • 4.Teachers of government schools forced parents to vote for the PRINCE.
  • 5.Polling booths were shifted on time.
