solution : surfactant , it is a ambiphilic molecule composed of a hydrophilic known as head and a hydrophobic known as tail.

when surfactant molecules are dissolved in water at concentrations above critical micelle concentration (CMC), they form aggregates known as micelles.

Kraft temperature is the temperature at which solubility of surfactant is equal to surfactant's critical micelle concentration at the same temperature.

So the condition of formation of Micelle can be written as “ above critical micelle concentration and above Kraft temperature, surfactant forms micelles.

Therefore the correct option is (2) above Kraft temperature.
