michael finished colouring a picture in 7/12 hour vaibhar finished colouring the same picture in 3/4hour .who workec longer ?by what fraction was it longer?

Since,Lcm of 4 and 12 is 12

Therefore,7/12*1/1=7/12

And 3/4*3/3=9/12

So, Michael=7/12*60=35 mins

Whereas,Vaibhav=9/12*60=45mins

Hence,ans- Vaibhav worked longer than Michael by 10 mins or 2/12
