Because from micro-organisms we can make medicine and help us in agriculture and it makes enemies when it makes illness and spread to all living organisms

Micro organisms which helpful for humans are considered as humans friends. For example; Lactobacilli convert lactose in the milk into lactic acid and curd is prepared. And when we eat this curd ,the Lactobacilli go inside and settle in our digestive system. They help to keep our immune system strong and to fight other harmful bacteria/ virus entering our body.

Micro organisms which are harmful for humans are considered as humans enemies. For example; All those bacteria/ viruses which cause various disease.
