Microorganisms like Lactobacillus at 40 degree centigrade produces curd, propionibacterium shermanii is used to produce cheese ,the holes in Roquefort cheese is due to penicillium roqueforti, and different types of wines,gin,brandy nd rum are also prepared due to the formation of ethanol nd carbondioxide by microorganisms (which is called fermentation).
