Microscopy:-sections examined show partly ulcerated, stratified dsquamous epithelium covered tissue ulcerated area is covered by fibrinosuppurative exudate subepithelium shows atypical cells which are singly scattered, showing marked pleomorphism, having hyperchromatic nucleus, inconspicuous nucleli, scant to moderate amount of eosinophilc cytoplasm. Some of this atypical cells show cytoplasmic malinin pigment.
