Given equation,

x^{2} -3=0

Formula to be used,

a^{2} -b^{2} =(a+b)(a-b)

Solving we get,

x^{2} - 3 = 0\\(x+\sqrt{3}) (x-\sqrt{3})

\boxed{\boxed{\bold{Therefore, \ the \ factorized \ expression  \ is \ (x+\sqrt{3})(x-\sqrt{3})}}}}
