it effect on resources.
due to more population demand for
resources will increase
and due to shortage of food,
the prices of food grains and other resources
will increase.
for example,this is happen in the case of
rural unemployed people,as they are unemployed so they began to move
toward the urban area.
but,there are also many benefits of migration
of people towards towns and cities,as the number of worker increased,there will be more manufacturing in the industries.
so that the urban area become industrialised
and there are no unemployed people.

so I think the migration of people towards urban area can neither be prohibited nor be condoned.the government allow migration of people in a controlled manner.
