C = circumference of the wheel of truck = 14.28 m

D = distance traveled by the wheel of truck in single revolution

distance traveled by the wheel of truck in single revolution is same as the circumference of  the wheel of truck

hence D = C = 14.28 m

n = number of revolutions = 4

d = total distance traveled in "n" revolutions

total distance traveled in "n" revolutions is given as

d = n D

d = 4 x 14.28

d = 57.12 m

t = time taken by the truck to travel the distance = 7 sec

speed is given as

v = total distance/total time

v = d/t

v = 57.12/7

v = 8.16 m/s
