According to me, water causes more hydration. It is because water does not have any sugars, calories, etc. It also does not contribute in gaining weight.

Milk is also a good hydrating one.

It is believed that milk is better hydrating substance than water because milk can remain in the body for more time. But it should be taken in moderate amount.

Drinking milk is extremely beneficial for the development of an effective immunity system in the body.

Explanation:

  • It is critical that milk is taken in the diet of every child and adult. However, like water, milk should not be drunk in such large quantities.
  • Milk helps the body obtain calcium and vitamin D but too much milk can lead to indigestion, and make the body obese.
  • Water should be had in optimum quantity for every function of the body to run in the most conducive manner possible.
