Previously milk used to be supplied in glass bottles, glass bottles were expensive and costed a lot to the manufacturing company.and if the break it would also cost a lot.

that's why plastic bags seemed to be the next best option

the problem with them was that they were not decomposable and created a lot of undesired waste which could not be treated and were not eco friendly... thus tetra pack was the final solution for all the above problems....
