Milk , if hot is acidic in nature but it acts as antacids when chilled. why?

➡️Milk has slight acidity because of lactic acid present in it, it also have some amount of calcium that acts as antacids.
➡️But excess consumption of milk causes acidity.
➡️The pH is generally around 6.5 to 6.7.
➡️The increase in acidity on heating is due to elimination of basic amino groups on the protein due to combination with lactose.
➡️On cooling, this phenomenon is slowed down and alkaline nature increases.
