millions of small childeren in india work in shops, in factories, and in homes. Is it allowed by the law? Do you think these children know about their Fundamental Rights? Can we consider the people who employ small children as good citizen?

no,they are not good citizen. Because they are violating the supreme law of the country i.e. Constitution. Constitution does not allow any body to work in shops ,factories under the age of 14 years.They can work in their own home but only after the school hours.
Sometimes the children know about the rules. But they have to work in order to meet the family expenses.
