 =    \frac{ - 6}{13}  +  \frac{7}{15}

LCM of 13 and 15= 195

  =  \frac{15( - 6) + 13(7)}{195}

 =  \frac{( - 90)  +91 }{195}

 =  \frac{1}{195}

b) \:  \:  \:  \frac{3}{7}  \times  \frac{( - 2)}{5}

 =  \frac{ 3×(-2)}{7×5}

 =  \frac{ - 6}{35}
