Bedrock has more crossplay options and the rendering is smoother on bedrock on any device bcs of C++ coding. You can also get multiple minecraft accounts with only 1 premium account without cracking in bedrock  bcs of the microsoft thingy.

Java also is good but there is more lag and no smoothness( unless u have good pc). You have to buy accounts everytime.
