'Minerals are the elements found in earth's crust'. But, water is also found in earth's so, water is also a mineral or not ?

Water does not pass the test of being a solid so it is not considered a mineral although ice; which is solid, is classified as a mineral as long as it is naturally occurring.

minerals are the naturally occurring materials but water is not a mineral.It is a solvent in which many minerals are dissolved
