The required quadratic equation will be,

X^2-70x+1048=0.

Given, Minesh and Had 90 apples together.

Let,Minesh had X no. of apples and Happy had 90-X apples.

After eating 10 apple each,

Minesh now has X-10 apples.

Happy has (90-X-10) apples = 80 - X apples.

Given, Product of the number of apples they have now is 248.

So according to the question,

(80-x)*(x-10)=248

Or,80x-800-10x-x^2=248

Or, x^2-70x+1048=0

Therefore the required quadratic equation will be,

X^2-70x+1048=0.

Answer:

x^2-90x+1048=0

Step-by-step explanation:

minesh had X apples

happy had 90-x apples

both ate 10 apples so,

(x-10)(90-x-10)=248

(x-10)(80-x)=248

80x-x^2-800+10x=248

90x-x^2=248+800

x^2-90x+1048=0
