minorities need constitutional safe guards because:

◆ they may feel alienated, many minorities may feel as if they belong to totally different group.

◆ they may go on strikes which can result in massive destruction of peace in country.

◆ this way they would demand a separate place to live where they can find better rights leading to breaking up of country.

◆ ultimately, the precious democracy of the country would collapse.

=> the government ensures that this doesn't happen for that they reserve seats for:
• OBCs
• dalits
• tribals.

=> these seats are there in school, jobs etc.

Minorities need constitutional safe guards because the majority group can dominate them and have tyrannical influence on them.

They also need constitutional safe gaurds also because of safe human resources development.
