 Let \: A(-12,-3) = (x_{1} , y_{1}) \: and

 B(3,-8) = (x_{2} , y_{2})

 Mid \: point \: of \: AB = \Big( \frac{x_{1}+x_{2}}{2} , \frac{y_{1}+y_{2}}{2} \Big)

 = \Big( \frac{-12+3}{2} , \frac{-3-8}{2}\Big)

 = \Big( \frac{-9}{2} , \frac{-11}{2}\Big)

Therefore.,

 \red{Mid \: point} \green { = \Big( \frac{-9}{2} , \frac{-11}{2}\Big)}
