300=mg`

300=m* g / [1+h/re]^2

300=600/[1+h/re]^2

600/300 = re^2/[re+h]^2

root[300/600]=root[re^2/[re+h]^2]

root[1/2]=re/re+h

cross multiplying,

re+h=root2 *re

6400+h=root2*6400

6400+h=1.414*6400

6400+h=9049.6

h=9049.6-6400

h= 2649.6

h= 2650(approximately)
