This is from the real life story of Miss Helen Keller, who was a blind and deaf American woman.  She was the first person deaf and blind to secure a bachelor's degree in arts in 1903. The story is called "The story of my life."

Ms. Anne Sullivan was a professional instructor at the Perkins Institute. She came to Helen's house to educate Helen in her academics.  Ms Anne stayed with Helen. As Helen needed much more than just tuition, Ms Anne did everything she could .

Ms Anne was gentle, patient, considerate and helpful.  Only such a person could take care of Helen in terms of education and also personal care of her.  She had to accompany Helen everywhere and help her with what she needed.

She was in fact, mother-like to Helen.  Even if Helen was annoyed with her life, inabilities and was angry at Ms Anne, she was kind and softened Helen. She would remind the great Mother Teresa.

Ms Anne taught Helen to communicate with others by writing English words and sentences. She did it by holding Helen's fingers with her hands and guiding her. This only a mother would do for a little child.

Ms Anne was a perfect and intelligent teacher. A normal teacher cannot find ways to teach a blind and deaf. If Helen learnt subjects like Maths, History, Zoology, Geography etc., there is only one to thank for that.

Ms Anne was so perfect that she was loved by Helen. Helen enjoyed her time being with Ms Anne.  Ms Anne taught Helen a lot of things implicitly.  Obviously not just bookish knowledge, Helen was taught how to live and enjoy life. Helen's popularity was Ms Anne's giving.

Answer:

Andaman Nicobar

The Andaman and Nicobar Islands, one of the seven union territories of India comprising 572 islands of which 37 are inhabited, are a group of islands at the juncture of the Bay of Bengal and Andaman Sea.

The territory is about 150 km (93 mi) north of Aceh in Indonesia and separated from Thailand and Myanmar by the Andaman Sea. It comprises two island groups, the Andaman Islands (partly) and the Nicobar Islands, separated by the 150 km wide Ten Degree Channel (on the 10°N parallel), with the Andamans to the north of this latitude, and the Nicobars to the south (or by 179 km). The Andaman Sea lies to the east and the Bay of Bengal to the west.

The territory's capital is the city of Port Blair. The total land area of these islands is approximately 8,249 km2 (3,185 sq mi). The islands host the Andaman and Nicobar Command, the only tri-service geographical command of the Indian Armed Forces. The territory is dived into three districts: Nicobar District with Car Nicobar as capital, South Andaman district with Port Blair as capital and North and Middle Andaman district with Mayabunder as capital.

The Andaman Islands are home to the Sentinelese people, an uncontacted people. The Sentinelese are the only people currently known to not have reached further than a Paleolithic level of technology.
