mistake are the result of hard work and effort so we should never give up and never be afraid of mistake because fear is a victory

please explain it meaning

mistake are the proof that we are trying our best to reach out goal.so don't stop...don't give up .....we dont have to worry about mistakes and fear is victory

Only those people will make mistakes who will try to do work . One who will not work,he will not make any mistake. so mistakes shows that we are working and making efforts so we should never give up and take it as challenge or opportunity.But according to me fear is not victory but triumph or win over it is victory.
