Mitochondria are seen in eukaryotic cells used for respiration purposes.

Bacteria are prokaryotes and they do not have mitochondria.

They produce ATP through the breakdown of glucose, ATP (Adenosine Triphospate) which is called as the energy produced by the oxidation of glucose.

Bacteria use the energy for cellular respiration.
