Mitosis and meiosis difference in terms reductional cell division

mitosis has one round of cell division whereas meiosis has 2 rounds. In mitosis the daughter cell is identical to the parent cell i.e. they have same no. of chromosomes but in meiosis the daughter cell is not identical to the parent cell i.e. it has half the no. of chromosomes as compared to the parent cell.
