Duplication of DNA does not occur: There will be no mitosis.
Cytokinesis does not occur: In some organisms karyokinesis is not followed by cytokinesis as a result of which multinucleate condition arises leading to the formation of syncytium (e.g., liquid endosperm in coconut).

Answer:
DNA duplication does not occur than cell might not be able to supose S-phase of cell-cycle as no chromosome formation will take place, and will not be able to enter M-(mitotic phase) or if in case it enters mitosis the cycle will cease.
