Hmmmm.... mixture of water and milk shows Tyndall effect because it becomes colloidal in nature......
Take its mixture and if a strong beam of light passes through a true solution taken in the dark room ......the path of the light remains invisible......but here in the case of colloidal solution i.e. milk and water.......the beam of light is allowed to pass through a colloidal sol placed in the same room, the path of the beam gets illuminated by a bluish light.
