What is multiplicative Inverse ..???

  • Multiplicative inverse means a number which when multiply with original number gives the resultant 1
  • Mutiplicative inverse simply means Inverse of original number .e.g- if say a number 5 it's inverse is 1/5 so ,here 1/5 is called it's inverse and we mutiply with original number =5×1/5 =1 (gives the resultant 1 )is called it's multiplicative inverse.

Multiplicative inverse of -2/3 is -3/2
