electronic configuration of  Mn^{+2} = [AR]^{18}3d^{5}  and electronic configuration of[tex]Fe^{ +2} [/tex]  = [AR]^{18}3d^{6} </span><br />since full and half filled orbitals r more stable then [tex] Mn^{+2}  is more stable thenFe^{ +2}   because it  has half filled orbitalad sinceFe^{ +2}  releases 1 more electron it also gets stable.
