we have a parallelogram MNOP.
in triangle PMN and PON ,
MN = PO [ as we know opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal. ]
AND
MP = ON [ as we know opposite sides of a parallelogram are equal. ]
NP = NP [ COMMON SIDE ]
hence , triangle PMN congruent to triangle PON.
SO CONGRUENT TRIANGLES HAVE EQUAL AREA
in triangle PMN and PON ,
