We know that Mode of a set of numbers is that number which has the “highest frequency”(i.e which occurs the highest number of times). So in 1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5 all the number has same frequency i.e “2”, so no frequency dominates over one another and thus each of 1,2,3,4 & 5 is accepted to have the highest frequency.
