the mode of nutrition in sponges are intracellular
which takes place inside the cell and the sponges are the most primitive type so as the digestion is also a primitive one

Hey mate sponges are the simplest animal of poriferra kingdom they intake food with spores named as ostia in their outer walls through which water go inside their body.and they get nutrition from water
