Philip Jackson Model is majorly placed into three phases;

The second phase or stage is the Inter active stage in which individual actions and reaction on a particular subject is established and can be interfered with using the formulated methods:
The nature of the learning here give the learner ability to use the knowledge gathered in to piratical experience though the nature is controlled by some other forces.
Post active stage is the stage in which evidenced with the normal ability to do the work.
